Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns within 1–3 days of delivery. To be eligible:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.

  • All original tags and packaging must be intact.

  • Items with visible signs of use or damage will not be accepted.

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please email us at [email protected] within 1–3 days of receiving your order. Make sure to include:

  • Your name

  • Order number

  • Reason for the return

  • Photos (if the item is damaged)

We’ll get back to you promptly with the next steps.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for securely packaging the item and arranging return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to avoid any delivery issues.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • We’ll notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, we will process your refund via cash.

  • Since we offer only cash on delivery, refunds will be handled through direct contact to confirm safe processing.

Non-Returnable Items

Please note, the following items are not eligible for return:

  • Items returned after the 1–3 day window

  • Items that show signs of wear or use

  • Items without original packaging or tags
